Raspberry Seed Oil

Russell Organics Raspberry Seed Oil is yet another reason to love Raspberries. Our cold pressed, virgin Raspberry Seed Oil is pressed from the seeds of Red Raspberries. The oil has remarkable anti-inflammatory and soothing properties. Raspberry Seed Oil also presents anti-aging benefits by enhancing skin elasticity, and suppleness, and also softening and reducing the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines and tired, dry skin.

This oil is a rich source of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, along with Vitamin A and E gamma, alpha and delta tocopherols and tocotrienols , and contains 83% essential fatty acids.

Some reasons to consider adding Rasberry Seed Oil to your skin care routine:

• The oil is anti-inflammatory because of its high content of alpha linolenic acid (the highest in any fruit seed oil) and phytosterols. It may be particularly helpful for eczema and psoriasis.
• The oil offers anti-aging advantages because of its content of ellegic acid (an antioxidant).
• The oil is very high in Vitamin E – a key and important antioxidant. Anti-oxidants are important to prevent environmental damage, which can lead to premature skin aging.
• Very high levels of phytosterols that can help reduce water loss, which leads to dry and tired appearing skin. Phytosterols also help to repair skin damaged by environmental factors including sun damage.
