1. Who we are

The online store home-decor.us ("the Store") is operated by STYLEANDLOOKS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17460799), registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). The registered office does not accept parcels or returns. Contact us through our contact page.

2. Accepting these terms

By browsing the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to: Shipping, Returns & Refunds, and Privacy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Store.

3. Orders and contract

Product listings are an invitation to order, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has shipped. We may decline or cancel an order, for example for a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or when the item is unavailable. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. They may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Products

Items ship from independent suppliers. We describe products as accurately as we can, but colours and finishes may look slightly different from on-screen images. Product dimensions and materials are as stated by the supplier.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States. Processing and delivery times vary by item and are not guaranteed. An order may arrive in several packages. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. The buyer pays return shipping. A restocking fee applies only where it is shown on the product page before purchase.

8. Use of the Store

You agree not to misuse the Store: no unlawful use, interference with its operation, automated scraping, or attempts to gain unauthorised access.

9. Intellectual property

Store content, including text, images and design, belongs to us or our suppliers and licensors. You may not reuse it without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have under consumer protection law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this section removes any protection you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.
