Return window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. This applies to every product we sell.

How to start a return

Contact us through our contact page (https://home-decor.us/pages/contact) with your order number before sending anything. We will reply with a return authorization and the return address for your item. Items ship back to the supplier that fulfilled them, so the address differs by product. Do not send returns to our business address. It cannot accept parcels.

Return shipping

The buyer pays return shipping in all cases, including items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Please use a tracked service: we cannot refund a parcel that does not arrive.

Restocking fees

Some products carry a restocking fee. Where one applies, the percentage is shown on that product's page before you buy. It is deducted from your refund. Products with no fee shown have none.
