Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8.00, and free on orders of $150 or more. Express shipping is $15.00. The rates available for your order are shown at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Processing and delivery times vary by item, because each item ships from its own supplier. We do not show estimated delivery dates. Once your order ships, you will get a tracking link by email.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Items from different suppliers ship separately. Each package has its own tracking.

Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for a return authorization and the return address for your item. Items go back to the supplier that shipped them. The buyer pays return shipping. Where a restocking fee applies, it is shown on the product page before you buy. The full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible through our contact page, with your order number. We can't change an order once the supplier has shipped it.
